I had some product to return and was given an address where to send the product back. We returned several Brother Label Tapes, unopened and in new condition. We had purchased them with our company AMEX. I called several weeks later because I did not see the credit back on the card and was told that because of the time that had passed from purchase to return, they were only going to give us a Quill credit.
I tried to use the credit against a purchase and Quill had absorbed it. Not only did they get the product back that we paid for initially, they cleared the credit and kept it as well. I called three (3) times to no avail. No satisfaction - then Quill had the gall to call and tell me about specials they were running. I am so disgusted with them and I am going to tell everyone who will listen about my experience.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering ONE product on Quill. Ordered a product after awhile no emails, tracking, so I look up my account and see there are no past orders. I order the product again, I ask our accounting department if Quill went through on my procurement card. No charge, so I write them and ask, and they say "oh sorry your order was cancelled by our Credit department, sorry no one let you know. I wish I could help but I am in a different department, call our Credit department." I don't understand how they can run a business like this.

whenever I have to do it I rage and this is a really stupid app you should not make your students or kids do this en less you want them to hate you and it does not teach you anything.
0 stars. What a horrible deceptive and shady company. They will screw you every chance they get with they’re “amazing deals and savings”. They will trick you into signing up for their membership without your approval, then when you try to cancel, they resign your membership for more money. What a scam. Buy your supplies from Amazon/Costco/Sam’s. Quill is a deplorable company.

**I was contacted within 3 hrs of posting here. And, yes, they have cleared up the billing issues, and my items are shipping. I find it troubling that it took coming to a public forum to get this resolved. Quill obviously has the capacity to resolve such issues. I'm sure they have been hit hard by COVID, and I will see how things progress. One thing that galls me is that there were indeed past-due items on the account. However, they were over 2 years old, and the first thing I did when I took over the Quill account is make sure those got paid. Paying our bills is what seems to have caused Quill to put us on the naughty list. I am amending my review from 1 star to 2. If my items arrive as promised, I will amend it to 3 and go from there.***
I am so disappointed. I'm new in my position, and when I started, Quill deliveries were super-fast, and I was more than happy to continue buying from them. I noticed some LONG overdue invoices, so I went through the account, found the unpaid invoices, went through our register, found what ones had checks issued, requested checks for those that were outstanding. Meanwhile, it's business as usual. After ensuring payments were sent, I noticed a couple of overdue invoices still showing outstanding. I called. I emailed. I chatted. I got frustrated, but soon things looked good, and orders were arriving again. Then it all stopped. No orders going through, just stuck in "Order Placed" limbo. I called. I emailed. I chatted. I was told that our account had past-due invoices. I checked, and indeed, a check had not cleared, although it had been sent 2 weeks prior, well in advance of the due date. I found the problem and tried to clear it up. I've contacted the credit dept and customer service. These departments have no contact with one another. So, here I am, in a community with no office supply stores, and I cannot get the supplies I've ordered. Once I get my current order off the books, I will be done with Quill. I'm tired of hearing that I need to talk to the credit dept because my account is on review, and then not be able to contact anyone in the credit dept. Oh, and that QuillPlus membership? Yeah, I can't use it because my account is on hold. Terrible service.
I purchased 2 desks from you on the 2nd. Supposedly shipped on the 3rd but no tracking numbers. I was told they would be delivered the 9th or 10th. Here it is the evening of the 10th, and nothing. Contacted SAIA and was advised that nothing was ever handed off to them, and the tracking numbers I was given, were fake. They looked me up by name, address and phone number and they have NOTHING IN THEIR SYSTEM. I have gone back and forth with 17 different Quill reps through email and the best I got was “Sorry for the inconvenience.”
Inconvenience? More like “Sorry for scamming you.”
Your email reps are less than knowledgeable and the phone rep I spoke to was horrible! She attempted to talk to down to me like a child when called out on lies and inaccurate information.
Kind of funny that I was getting fast responses until I followed up to inform you that my order never arrived. Now it’s crickets and I’m out $200. Not okay and I am not backing down on this...
Worst customer service and will never order with Quill.com again. I called within an hour of placing 3 separate orders to cancel and was told I couldn't because they move quickly. The next morning, I received confirmation of charge and shipping confirmation for 1 of the 3. I contacted an agent via chat and said because the other 2 haven't "moved" I wanted to cancel them. I was told I needed to contact the Credit department. Called the Credit department who said I needed to contact the Order Verification department. I was hung up on so I called back. I was then placed on what appears to be terminal hold. So I have no idea what is going on with my outstanding 2 orders and it has been made clear to me that Quill.com does not really care.
Quill reps keep showing up at my business approximately every 3 months. I keep telling them no, but they continue to push joining Quill membership. Can someone stop them from constantly bothering me?
I placed an order in October and they did not send it to the correct address. I've tried a couple of times for the address to be corrected with no results at all. They mailed a reorder, which I did not ask for and charged me again for a purchase of the same items. I've been asking for a refund and opt out of any furhter business with Quill.com. Worst experience I've had with online purchases.
The most disorganized company in the United States. I signed up for 1 year and never bought anything, I requested cancellation and the company wants to push another year of collection. I have all the email. Total disrespect for the consumer.
Quill's membership program sales reps come to your business and hassle you about joining their membership. I say no not interested over and over, but he keeps insisting me to buy it. He cannot take the hint. They waste your time and refuse to leave. They were really annoying and are just trying to take your money. Please leave.

Feel free to google their scams and horrendous reviews. They highly filter their site to make them seem amazing and offer an abundance of fake unavailable products. Business need supplies. Quill offers outdated policies to go along with their fake items of office supplies that were not available for purchase. They will send a sad email never updating their inventory. There is zero customer service as they choose to respond with scripted bots. If you have a problem you are given a long wait time and never able to talk to a rep. You are subjected to manual scripted information that cut and paste their policies if you choose to contact the company by email. You are wasting your time and money and given the run around. Please see the picture of the scripted unhelpful service rep responses. Why bother? DO NOT RECOMMEND.
If there’d was a option of 0 stars I would give to to them it was a whole month and it still did not ship after they told us mutiple times it would come this date after this date
